ผลงาน เป็นบุคคลต้นแบบของการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม เพราะที่ผ่านมาได้ให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องของการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า และปัญหาการบุกรุกเผาป่ามาโดยตลอด ซึ่งในอนาคตอันใกล้ ร่วมมือลงพื้นที่เพื่อทำงานอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติร่วมกัน และมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทางเพจ Greencop-Thailand อีกทั้งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสนับสนุนให้เกิดการจ้างงานเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าจำนวน 3,999 คน

อดีตประธานกิตติคุณ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย นอกจากการบริหารงานธนาคาร บัณฑูรยังมีโปรเจกต์สำคัญก็คือ “โครงการรักษ์ป่าน่าน” หรือ Nan Sandbox เริ่มทำมาตั้งแต่ปี 2557 จุดประสงค์หลักคือการรักษาพื้นที่ป่าในจังหวัดน่าน โดยต้องการที่จะหันหน้าเข้าธรรมชาติอย่างเต็มตัว ต้องการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องป่าต้นน้ำน่าน ต้องการหาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ ในการทำสิ่งที่มีประโยชน์ ในขณะที่สุขภาพยังดีอยู่
“โครงการ Nan Sandbox ทำมา 4-5 ปี เป็นการจัดการ ที่ให้มนุษย์อาศัยอยู่กับป่าให้ได้ ใช้องค์ความรู้ของการทำมาหากินแบบใหม่”
